We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

Do i need to pay Customs / Import Duties and Taxes ?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending  on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Balder Athletics will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Balder Athletics , you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

What is your Returns & Exchanges policy ?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love the pieces you've received just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 30-day return window — no questions asked.

Our 30-day warranty 

  • We have a 30-day return window for all items on our site (excluding items discounted 30% or more). This return window begins once your package has been delivered to you.
  • In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please submit a ticket to our Support Team, we try answering all emails within one business day

Return standards and conditions 

  • We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
  •  Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes or colors.
  • If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any SWIMWEAR, water bottles, face masks, underwear, or socks for hygiene reasons.
  • All of our items include tags. Please ensure these tags are attached, or your return will be subject to denial.
  • At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels.
  • For international US shopping customers, we have instructions for our self-shipping option using the courier of your choice.
  • If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  •  If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 3-5 business days.

 

Can sale items be returned? 

  • Any items with a discount of 30% or more are eligible to be returned within 14 days once the order has been delivered to you. After 14 days have passed, these items are considered final sale and are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If you received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or your item is damaged in any way, please submit a ticket to our Support Team here.
  • Any items with a discount of less than 30% are not considered final sale and are welcome to be returned for an exchange or refund within our 30-day return window.

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product.
